The Tenant Fee Bill received Royal Assent on the 12 February 2019 and became the Tenant Fees Act 2019. There were a number of changes made to the bill before it received Royal Assent. David will explain the provisions of the legislation and its implications for Landlords, Tenants and Property Agents alike.
